ARCH Cutting Tools Corp (ARCH) announces the acquisition of BMWG, LLC, a manufacturer of indexable and solid round tools, located in Gallatin, Tennessee. The new acquisition will join ARCH Cutting Tools, further solidifying ARCH as an industry leader in precision custom tooling.
With its state-of-the-art facility and equipment, BMWG specializes in designing and manufacturing custom indexable and solid carbide round tools for a diverse and ever-growing customer base. Since its inception in 1995, BMWG has focused on providing unparalleled service and nurturing customer partnerships. This, in combination with its innovative products, has resulted in an exceptionally strong regional footprint, specifically in the medical industry.
Welcoming the team at BMWG into the ARCH family, Jeff Cederstrom, Divisional President, ARCH Cutting Tools, said, “BMWG is an exceptionally well-run facility with a diverse customer base, including a growing orthopedic and medical footprint.
