Beka-Mak BMSO 420XS with Increased Performance

Turkey's leading producer of metal cutting machines Beka-Mak, has recently introduced the new model of bandsawing machine, BMSO 420XS. The new bandsawing machine is equipped with a fully automatic servo feeding and cutting system to optimize the customer's output of heavy metal, profile & pipe cuts in high-volume units. Its automatic controls and sensors optimize the cost-performance ratio and increase blade life up to 50 percent longer.

BMSO 420XS features smart cutting and user-friendly touch screen with Omron CNC cutting software, which can save up to 50 different cutting length measures in 100 different programs. In addition to CNC controlled cutting parameters, manual cutting parameters input, servo feeding with 700mm stroke, hydraulic actuated carbide blade guides, and idle wheel motion detector & automatic deflection sensor. It is also capable of vibration-free cutting in 3 linear ways with motorized swarf brush and planetary gearbox. Furthermore, optional features include hexagonal vise, microspray device, and hydraulic top clamping.
