Seco Tools Acquires PMT Premier Machine Tools Ltd

PMT Premier Machine Tools Ltd (PMT), an Irish-based supplier of machining solutions for the medical industry, became part of Seco’s product and service offering on February 1, 2023. Seco will expand its presence in the medical segment by offering integrated manufacturing solutions as a result of this acquisition.

PMT, which specializes in medical industry machining solutions, will continue to operate as a separate entity, selling its products and services under the PMT brand. Its primary business is the supply of cutting tools and expertise, as well as a thriving machine tool supply business. All current PMT offerings will be maintained. PMT has established a solid reputation, particularly in its home country of Ireland. With the addition of PMT to the Seco family, Seco has expanded its medical device offering and will continue to build on its global success.
